I am not a vegetarian. I am a vegan. Vegans have cast out any products that are from animal source or influence. I am living proof that without these components you can live a strong healthy rather sane life. Fast food cant be fast, attention to detail must be paid, and as Christofer Drew stated in our interview, its really hard to maintain if your on the road. He chose to return to vegetarianism, which allows dairy and in some cases eggs. I wont judge, I know its not easy.
