Comment: I keep on claiming to be a populist but maybe I’m not. There isn’t an album here I much care for. And I’ve heard em all. Bionic is best of the lot but it’s not so great and, perhaps because writing here takes me so far off the beaten track, I just kinda can’t hear this stuff. I don’t mind fluff but everything here, including Petty, is dreary product for the masses. Ps… the Drake sold nearly 500K… go figure, right?
