Being friended by the 5-piece screamo/hardcore band Ten After Two totally brightened my day. The second I hit the “play” button, I fell in love.
“Silent Creek” shows that TAT is not your ordinary screamo band. It’s rare that I can listen to a hardcore band and only listen to that, but Ten After Two is the kind of hardcore that I would be able to listen to at any time. It’s not so repetitive that it gets boring, but it keeps you hooked.
“They All Fall Down” is the best song I’ve heard in a while by any screamo band. It puts a smile on your face and even if you don’t like hardcore music, it’s a great song that would be undoubtedly loved by people who like other genres. It’s so catchy and just makes me want to hear more from them. I can’t wait for new music from Ten After Two.
