Politics: Senator Rand Paul filibustered a delay on the revised Patriots act vote, thereby delaying it till Tuesday or Wednesday. I may not agree with much that either the Tea Party or the Kentuckian does, but institutionalized spying should be illegal without a warrant. Paul is running for President.

Live: The godfathers of Shoegaze are at Music Hall Of Williamsburg and the L Train is running properly again so you gotta think it might be worth the trip.

Recorded: Rumor has it the new Florence + The machine is dropping early, till then I am still listening to A$AP rocky

Weather: After flooding last night we have a rainy cool Monday… just be nice by Friday.

Movies: “Aloha”, the new Cameron Crowe, is well on it way to a tremendous tanking, falling in the footsteps of the terrible “Tomorrowland”.

Writing: Mike Hudson of the Pagans and I have just started work on a full length novel! This will be my first extended work of fiction since 2007!!

Protest: Helen Bach and Mary Rudzis protesting against climate change yesterday. Rudis’s Morrissey quote poster was a big hit: ” Serving meat and dairy products at an event to combat climate change is like selling pistols at a gun-control rally.”
