Nobody believes that Ben Carson, the neurosurgeon Republican running for President has much in the nature of a chance of getting the GOP nomination, so consider this his reward for dissing Obama to his face at the National Prayer Breakfast over 30 months ago. Currently in a dead heat with Trump in Iowa, he doesn’t have a prayer.
