Some real Christmas Cheer: Dylan Straps on his lead guitar

The best Dylan news I’ve heard all year is that with the return of Dylan’s great former guitarist Charlie Sexton to his band, Dylan has chosen to get out from behind his fucking keyboards and spend the night trading licks with his band.

I was so sick of Dylan playing in the shadows and hiding that I hadn’t bothered to get tix to his three night stand at the United Palace in November. For an electric Dylan I will damn sure change my mind.
