My friend Robert Nevin (he edits http://mousepadcollector.com/wordpress/) once, infamously, claimed the Cars “All That I Needed” was one of the greatest songs ever, shortly after he fawned all over Ray Davies.
Well, now he may have his chance to prove his point as the notoriously crappy live the Cars reform. Sadly, bassist Ben Orr died of cancer in 2000. but the rest of band released a snippit of a new song on their Facebook the other day.
And if the Cars play Nashville, that will Bobby Nevin irritating Ric with shouts of “Play ‘Needed””
