We have been as mean to Billy Corgan as any one and more than most but here comes news that Billy’s Smashing Pumkins are playing a benefit to help pay for Mathew Leone of Madina Lake medical expensoes after his savage beating.
“Fellow Chicago, Illinois rockers the Smashing Pumpkins will perform a benefit concert in the city next Tuesday (27Jul10) and they are even selling tickets to watch the soundcheck, with all proceeds going to the Matthew Leone Fund”
Hey, Wheels can you think of something nice to say about Billy? Lemme think. Mellon Collie was a pretty damn good album (though they sucked on that tour). And at least he is honest.
