Oceania – Smashing Pumpkins – We've hated Billy Corgan for so long and for so hard, it is almost a knee jerk reaction. The truth of the moment is that the man who called himself one of the greatest musicians ever, misjudges his gifts and it leads him to completely lack quality control. Still, this is a good Smashing Pumpkin album. all sonic textured guitars and Billy's dispensable whine. If you were a fanatic and have been disappointed in the past, this will bring you round. if not, it lacks the one great song it needs to take it over the top – Grade: B
Rejuvenation – Juvenile – He left Cash Money year ago, and misses em by now. This is too average to make an impression, his voice is all undertow and his raps are this side of ordinary. But this is not a good album -Grade: C+
Smoke Daz – Curren$y – Dark Wu Tang generation hip hop with RZA like samples/productions and ASAP and Curren$y lending their cred. But it has a sink to know real end – Grade: B
Rhythm And Repose – Glen Hansard – This guy is a painfully slow singer songwriter who won't stop fucking emoting – Grade: C
Welcome To The Fishbowl – Kenny Chesney – Maybe Kenny is only good for one good album a decade, and if 2010's Hemingway's Whiskey was the 00s, the 10s hasn't shown up yet – Grade: D
Music For Tngrs – Chester King – How can an album opening with a song featuring Pusha T and Pharrel be this bad? Tngrs would piss all over it – Grade: D
