Shocking Exclusive: Jay-Z Will Campaign For Obama

I believe it is safe to say that if Mitt Romney becomes President, Jay-Z won't be joining Beyonce in the Oval office to puff on cigars and discuss the plight of the black man with the First Lady.

So  the news that Jigga will be lending his support  to the re-elect Obama campaign does not constitute a surprise. S Dot Carter told WENN, the President's election "… was very inspirational. And it made everyone feel like that whole American Dream, like, we were all a part of the American Dream finally. Like it was accessible to everyone… Now we have to get a female president and a Latino president and then we are on our way."

The problem with Jay-Z's comment is that it is a tautology. What is needed is the best person for the job, not a referendum on affirmative action and only a fool would claim otherwise. Still, it was indeed inspirational. Obama is getting screwed because of the economy. People forget the US was heading straight into a depression and it was Obama who steadied the country. His problem is the stimulus didn't move the needle on unemployment and that -not the debt, may cost him a second term. But it might not. If the best the Republican's have to offer is Mitt Romney -a  GI Joe lookalike on auto-pilot, I believe the sitting Prez will sit some more

More nonsense from Jay-Z :  "I still think he is the best man for the job, so yes (I will campaign for him). I think he got a raw deal and he got a really tough economy. It's going to test his mettle, which is great. You don't get anything that you can't handle. So he must be really special because he got  a lot of work to do."

I have no idea what that means and I have my doubts as to what language it is in. Unless somebody is ghosting his raps, Jigga is an eloquent fellow usually and iIf he really wants to help the "really special" President, perhaps he should use some of it in interviews.
