Just two days after commenting that a nude Ricky Martin actually resembles Shakira, news released by Billboard.com that Shakira and African band Freshlyground will be be recording the anthem for The World Cup
The song, “Time for Africa,” is expected to be released to radio stations across the world next week and will be available for download beginning April 26.World Cup happens kick off will take place June 10 in Soweto with a live performance.
As a side note I adore Shakira, I hate her music but her style is gorgeous.
