Speaking of bands I kinda forgot about last year, Semi-Precious Metal’s are a glam hard rock band extravaganza sorta like New York Dolls plus Stone Temple Pilot circa Little Music mixed with Hanoi Rocks. Try “Magnetic Baby” off We Love You from 2008.
Ready to break through in 2010 they just got the plum assignment of opening for Lady Gaga January 20th thru January 24th… that would be all four nights at Radio City Music. A brilliant match… unfortunately I’m going to Wallingford to see her. If you have tix to Radio City, or if you are planning to scalp, Semi-Precious Metals are a no miss show. Go early, pack light.
