Comment: 2013 is turning into a disappointing year. Alan Jackson and the Strokes both released new albums but you wouldn't know it from this list. Shelton is a surprise and Pep is a new find, but everybody from Vampire Weekend to Justin Timberlake are not coming up with the goods and Lil Wayne needs to get off the Nyquil.
