I really love Cloud Nothings. their first album, 2009’s Turning On was just terrific and they’ve had a career making year so far. they are like a commercial Kevin Greenspon.
Dylan Baldi is now signed to to Carpark and recorded Cloud Nothings over the summer. I’ve streamed a coupla tracks and think it is as good but not better than anything else they’ve done so far. “Hey Cool Kid” will be hard too beat for awhile.
The band is playing January 19th at Mercury Lounge. A Wednesday so yuck but… they are real good…
