I really hope it's a joke. I'm embarrassed that I once called myself a fan.
Here's what Vicky,keytarist of Cobra Starship said:
"When I found out we were about to have Bieber fever for the month of October I leapt with joy. Justin Bieber might be one of the coolest and sweetest kids I’ve ever met. We hung out a while back for some holiday radio shows and it was an absolute pleasure. I can only hope we have another on stage battle while we’re in South America this tour.

I am absolutely disgusted that Cobra Starship has stooped this low. I guess they're just selling out. They want to be more popular by touring with this kid, so they can make more money.
