I was a great fan of Pearl Jam.
Scratch that. I liked them well enough but I more liked the baby faced Eddie Vedder with that long insane hair climbing the stacks. After Vitology, it went to the bin. I personally attribute PJ’s demise to Neil Young. I’m sure it was just timing I’m sure that it was just evolution but as soon as the train whistle blowing nasal nightmare befriended Eddie.
They went to crap. About all I love about them know is the infamous Eddie Vedder shorts, and then only dependant on who’s in ‘um.
So now as celebrations unearth for Pearl Jams 20th anniversary.. guess what?
The mutton chopped twanger is right there like a bad Yoko participating on what should be coolsville.

Guitarist, Stone Gossard stated that the band will take part in Neil Young’s annual Bridge School Benefit in Mountain View, Calif. on Oct. 23 and 24.
No re release, no big tour no fanfare no amp climbing .. no shorts.
Just a fundraiser.
