Now We're Going To See Bruce, Who Next?

So what do you give the man who has tix to just about every major gig he wants to see in 2012? Here's what's what. Tix for the Rolling Stones, D'Angelo and, if she comes back to town, Laura Marling.

I am sure as the year rolls along, there will be many bands I am gagging to catch. But right now this second, those three are the only must, must, musts. Oh and MIA, though I skipped on her a couple of years ago. Why doesn't she sit knock it off and play a Beacon Theater. When did she become Lauryn Hill? If MIA plays a decent room (I bet we get stuck with T5)

As fpr Madonna, I don't think she is that hot on stage. Will I go? Absolutely. But I am not excited the way I just was about bruce, Pulp, Florence… even Kathleen Edwards. No I'm bot.

The Stones 50th anniversary is a huge one. I have seen them every tour since the early 1990s and I have been blown away every single time, so I am really thrilled to see them on his huge huge tour.

D'Angelo I've only seen once, at Radio City in I think 1991, and I was blown away. Plus he has two albums and they are both about as good as soul men get. I can't wait to see him.

Laura? She is like the peanuts of pop: you cn't have just one concert. I hope she plays an hour next time…
