I have yet to capture Scissor Sisters live, which is odd because I adore them. Again, the timing hasn't been there, but the worst miss of em all. A year ago when they opened for Lady Gaga at MSG. In a word, damn.
They were pushing their third album, the awe inspiring German discuss booty waving Night Work from 2010. I just LOVED that album, it was light and it was dark and it was everything in between and that beat swung from the roofs. It was disco. the real deal but updated.
The band is releasing album # 4, Magic Hour, in the UK, and I would guess the US, May 28th and I am so excited.
They must be coming back to town.
They must be playing Radio City Music Hall. they kinda have to, that's all. And I MUST GET TO SEE THEM.
