Nevershoutnever has put a video for his powerful song “Sellout”. Can I just say how freakin’ bad I want that zebra head?!
The song is very strong and the lyrics at the bottom really gets you to realize what the song is truly about while zebra-head-man(who’s surprisingly not Chris) goes around and helps tell the story. The video is a bit boring, but the actions of zebra man keep you kind of captivated due to curiosity of what’ll come next.
The video’s original, which is refreshing and the song has great lyrics, just I’m not a big fan of it as a whole. Regardless, it’s still good but not breathtaking.
Now where to get one of those zebra heads………….

A couple years ago we met up with a fresh faced humble boy who was so overwhelmed at his reception at a signing he almost appeared frightened.
A couple months ago we met up with a cigarette smoking confident almost arrogant young man with clear purpose and direction.
So which is being depicted in this video?
Either hes admitting he sold out and he’s retuning to the happy sunflower boy or he’s stating the sunflower boy was the sell out.
Either way safe bet, leave them guessing and don’t commit means no explanation.
I hear the podunk twang is back, that’s sort of strange as he doesn’t speak with that but its good for mama’s corn pie I s’pose.
I have a very swing love hate with this band. The video for sellout falls right in the middle. Bland, not worthy of disection and rather generic.
Lets hope this isnt the path chosen.
