Last time I saw Nellie McKay she was kicking me on my ass at Feinstein’s where a station invited me and the price came to something like 1K for 4 people!!!
A coupla months later you can see her at a much more reasonable price at Highline Ballroom: $20 and if it wasn’t a Sunday I would check out this very funny, very lovely, extremely talented and just plain swell pianist.
