1. Too Young To Burn – Sonny And The Sunsets – OK, OK: all these surft pop bands are awesome and I was wrong. I disliked the cool quotient but sometimes cool is also good.
2. Burning Hell – Tom Jones – Here’s the deal Tommy: I will rave about your new Blues Spiritual album, and you will rave with James Murphy on “Drunk Girls” for your next album.
3. Stuck Like A Glue – Sugarland Sticks to your heels like gum.
4. I Found Love – Shit Robot – And so did I.
5. Morning After (feat K. Drew) – Timbaland – This is one awesome mash up. It is also the only song I’ve heard from K. Drew, the somewhat controversial embryonic pop star about to face the public with shirt off and six pack flexing. He adds an echo and makes it even more metallic then takes over lead vocals.
6. Blue Brain – Shadowbox
7. Our Deal – Best Coast
8. Falling In Love The Old Fashioned Way – Solfege Radio – It is of a piece with so many teen bands, but it seems to hide somewhere a little deeper.
9. Ya Hear Me – T.I. – That’s some backing track you got there, sounds like Booker T and Bootsy Collins having a party. Great line: “I ain’t looking for trouble, I ain’t ducking none either”. Best song off the upcoming album so far.
10. Brown And Blue – Mick Rhodes
