My Fave Tracks, Friday February 25th, 2011

1. I Walk The Line (Early demo) – Johnny Cash – This is interesting but not good. it is tentative, half steps, Cash is feeling his way through a classic song.

2. I Do – Colbie Cailet – Her name is hell to write. The song is deliriously lovely.

3.  Triple Spiral – Bright Eyes – I can’t concentrate on his lyrics…  It is too silly to be taken seriously. But the sound? Another instant classic.

4. Separator – Radiohead – OK, so that makes one.

5. Someone Like You – Adele – This song is so good it could make her a superstar stateside…

6.  I Confess – k.d. Lang and the Siss Boom Bah – Patsy Cliney

7. Headaches – For Science – Sometimes he wonders if he is even alive.

8. Get Away – yuck

9. Please don’t Break My Heart Today – Gary Wilson – There are only two types of people in the world… those who consider gary a genuis and everyone else.

10.  It Takes A Lot To Laugh, It Takes A Train To Cry – Bob Dylan – If i don’t make it, you know Helen will.
