1. When I Need You – The Marvelettes – How can a sound so generic be so awe inspiring, the Marvelettes were the Supremes redux, and forever remembered for the Beatles cover of "Please, Mr. Postman". But I am in the middle of their greatest hits vol 2, and give em a listen.

2. Miami 2 Ibiza – Swedish House Mafia – No dubstep for these guys, this is very clever house with an excellent synth hook and a sizzling sound that gets louder and louder.

3. Pray For Me – Anthony Hamilton

4. Waka Waka (This Time For Africa) – Shakira – one of last years best songs was written to be sung to masses of people. Almost makes you believe we are all Africans.

5. We Don't Care – Shinobi Ninja – These guys will throw the book at you and leave you to scrape thru their cravings. The vocals, especially Baby Girl, are ace.

6. Best Love Song – T-Pain with Chris Brown – If T-Pain could sing he wouldn't need to write such great songs.

7. Visions Of Aphrodite – Eric Contractor – A full blown epic to conclude a full blown epic album.

8. I Love You More Than You'll Ever Know – Donny Hathaway – Epic vocalist reaches deeper and truer on this heavy heavy blues.

9. A Song For You – Amy Winehouse – This song justifies Lioness even if nothing else does.

10. Fall – Ed Sheeran – Hey, maybe he is the English Bright Eyes!
