1. Punk Is An Attitude – Wrecks – Perhaps so but in the UK it was a political attitude and in the US it was an aesthetic attitude and the difference is class warfare. As Occupy USa baffles its occupiers as much as it baffles the rest of us, nobody quite knows how to deal with the attitude with what they want because what they want is…  maybe what they want is a band like Wrecks to prick point the lpud fast sound of a world with no future? To put it another way, US Punk is one thing despite the attempts of Jello Biafra and others because there was no class warfare… and maybe the attitude has changed.

2. Roc Boys (…And The winner Is) – Jay-Z – Chris Rock riffed on the difference between being rich and having wealth. Simply, wealth is generational. And Jay-Z is rich, and here he looks backwards for a moment to slining crack rock. But his daughter might end up welthy.

3. Heartless – Kanye West – Why would he not play this? I don't understand…

4. Fat, Drunk And Stupid – Section 8 – It's his right.

5. SLT – Urban Assault – Wow, was UK rock a huge influence on San Fran punk, this sounds like Sham 69 except for the slow middle (Slow middle???).

6. Waitin' Around To Die – Rocky Hill – Overwhelming Townes Van Zandt cover.

7. Eenie Meenie – Sean Kingston And Justin Bieber – I saw em kill this at Jingle Ball a coupla years ago.

8. Leave My Body – Florence + The Machine – Lost love as ceremonial symbolic death.

9. Heartless – Kanye West – Apparently he will be singing this at MSG tonight.

10. Golden Years – David Bowie – Used to excellent effect at the conclusion of The Simpson's exceeedingly bizarre Sunday episode., a different type of Golden years at Grandpa's old age home.
