1. Simple Twist Of Fate – Diana Krall – Here is where the song is very different from Dylan's original: by the end of the original, there is no doubt that Dylan is the man, in Krall's version, there is no doubt that she isn't the hooker but a third party and the gender switches at the end confuse the story. It is a beautiful take so why Krall won't get her hands dirty, I have no idea.

2. Brendan's Death Song – Red Hot Chili Peppers – Their best song since "This Is The Place", is also their prettiest in around a decade. A momento mori which actually made their iffy 2011 effore bearable

3. Symphony Of Destruction – Megadeth – The intro is a joke, the song is a nightmare

4. Milord – Edith Piaf – It's like the song is a calliope and the singer is keeping her balance though we don't know how.

5. Heaven Nor Hell – Volbeat – They must be the greatest rock and roll band in the world right now this minute.

6. I Only Want To Be With You – Bay City Rollers – Did I ever mention I used to pal around with Eric Fuller.

7. Never Again – James Fortuna and Fiya – I am holding off reviewing the album because I am thinking it may be major and I don't wanna dismiss it in a tweet. After all, we're not Spin Magazine.

8. Ramones – Motorhead – What the Ramones would've sounded like if they were Motorhead.

9. False Jesi Part 1- Pissed Jeans – Good drummer.

10. Public enemy No. 1 – Megadeth – Good guitarist.
