Matthew Leone Out Of Hospital – by Mary Magpie

It’s a sign.

Matthew Leone of Madina Lake is out of the hospital and well.  He did an interview and it’s nothing short of a wonder that he’s well.  Apparently there was an 80 percent chance he’d have full amnesia, yet here he is, alive and functioning with a decent memory.

Besides that, Madina Lake is going to release a new EP titled The Dresden Codex which I’m more than excited for.  On it, the tune “They’re Coming For Me” will be on it.  Their single does seem a bit unusual, like Matt said.  “I feel the angels coming for me but I’m not ready to leave/I’ve got a promise to keep” is the chorus line and with this song written just days before the huge event, the band can’t help but think that it’s more than a coincidence.

Also, apparently twins do have some sort of alternate communication as well.  When Matt knew he needed a CAT scan in the hospital, but was unconscious, he was saying in his head he needed one.  Nathan knew something was wrong and had Matthew go through the procedure, ultimately finding out he had about 20 minutes to live.

Matthew Leone is obviously here for a reason, and the doctors say he can go back on tour around February or March.

A smooth recovery after a life-threatening attack proves that Matt is strong and as we keep him in our thoughts, we can look forward to new music and a healthy musician.  This is more than just a miracle.
