Mary Magpie Goes Green: Recycling Your Songs

So lately I’ve put old albums that I haven’t listened to in ages on my iPod, and I’ve been addicted. Recycling is good for the soul, plus until something new and better comes along, its best to travel back for the memories

1. “20 Dollar Nose Bleed”- Fall Out Boy(feat. Brendon Urie). Holy God is this song fantastic. I completely forgot just how much I love it. Especially Brendon’s voice. If you thought he was good as the lead singer of Panic(!) At The Disco, listen to this. His voice is so smooth and perfect it’s absolutely breathtaking.

2. “Diamonds Aren’t Forever”- Bring Me The Horizon. Talk about a headache. This song is insane, fast, crazy, and hard to keep up with. The redeeming quality? The fact that the band sticks together and doesn’t completely lose the song. It’s addictive and confusing and psychotic.

3. “The Murderer”- Alesana. The screams, the instruments, the meaning, it’s just fits together so well, making this a incredible song.

4. “This Is How We Live”- The Summer Set. The lyrics and the melody have had me singing this in my head for what seems like an eternity. It’s genius and infectious.

5. “Picture Perfect”- Every Avenue. Every Avenue is just one of those bands that never gets old. They’re perfect for any situation, especially this song. It’s wonderful.

6. “Bada Bing! Wit’ A Pipe!”- Four Year Strong. One of the best bands of all time, like, ever and this song is so catchy and fun.

7. “Forever Young”- Cash Cash. Best cover song ever. End of story.

8. “Cash Cash”- Cash Cash. This song is perfect to dance around to with your friends when you feel like being goofy- it instantly puts you in a good mood, that is if you’re willing to shrug off your cool to feel it.

9. “Rainbow Veins”- Owl City. One of Owl City’s best songs, it’s unique and beautiful.

10. “Tapp”- 3OH!3. Break out your glow sticks and neon eyeshadow. If you or your friends are in the raving mood, just put this song on repeat.
