Deadmau5, easily one of the best electronica artists ever, released a video of him in action. First thing I noticed is that he has a ton of equipment.
Second thing? This guy really knows what he’s doing. Even the smoking turned me off a bit, his abundant talent made up for it. The beats are perfect and ease into the next, creating a flawless blend of easy-to-dance-to music he’s known for.
Seeing him in action, for 23 minutes nonetheless, was fascinating. He is no fake- his love for making the music he does isn’t only shown in his albums and songs but in the way he creates his tunes. Seeing behind the DJ booth, and watching him just simply be himself while he’s doing what he loves is insane. I’m proud to call myself a fan of such a talented artist.
