The best thing about having lousy parents must be how easy it is to not worry about over achieving, but when your parent is Paul McCartney or Steve Tyler or Keith Richards, well you are screwed because you can't follow in those footsteps. Even if you have a moderately successful career, like Jakob Dylan for instance, you are still a loser. And except for Zak Starkey, who made himself a career as session musician, and unless you consider the Hank Williams next of kin musicians (and I will give you, W3 aint bad), the apple falls FAR from the tree.
Which is why so many of the children of the rich and famous rock stars go into fashion usually as a model and sometimes as a fashion designer. The patron saint of overachievers is, of course, STella McCartney, a very successful designer in her own right. And she is just lucky because if shge had been kanye West's kid, she couldn't have done that either. If West becomes an actor as well, his kid should become either
1. A priest
or
2. A lawyer
or
3. Maybe an attorney who also a priest who takes Pro Bono cases only and has a reality show.
But I digress.
Why all these rock star kids as models and clothes horses. Like Presley's granddaughter Riley Keough, who, give her this much, didn't change her name to Riley Presley. Or Keith's kid and Jade Jagger -isn't she a designer., right? By the way, Elvis has a Grandson, Benjamin Presley Keough, who is apparently a singer and got a ton of money to record an album in 2009. Wanan see him? Cmon you know you do:

Yeah, I know. So when you look like that you either become a model or you become a nun… and I guess Riley decided to become a nun.
Which leads directly back to fashion and the children of rock stars. Here is the Logic for all of you philosophy majors.
1. Rock stars date beautiful people.
2. Models are beautiful
3. Therefore rock stars date models.
And sometimes marry em!
Their children have real difficulty following int heir rock star parents footsteps, and already the inheritors of great genes, follower in their model parents into the fashion world.
