1. A Little Love (That's All I Want From You) – Mr. Vegas – Sweet Jamaica, is the name of this Lover's Rock artist, and these rhythms swing so sweet and mellow it is hard to deny him. I wouldn't why mainstream USA don't cover him. Grade: B+

2. Duquesne Whistle – Bob Dylan – The opening is in a lower register, and when it opens open around the :30 second mark it is like a flower in bloom – Grade: A

3. Mama Told Me Not Come – Jackson 5 – This is kinda funny, MJ is kinda squeaking his way through this Randy Newman sneer – Grade: B

4. Sex Appeal – Beenie Man – Moves between rap and riddem with skills to spare – Grade: B+

5. Destiny – Mavado – I haven't seriously followed Reggae in so long, the sound is up to Second Generation Bounty Killer! – Grade: B+

6. Swing Lo Megellan – Dirty Projectors – When not getting kicks backs from Pitchfork – Grade: A

7. Hurricane – Ms. Mr – The buzz on this chick is so loud, and I can hear why this proto-80s plus electro soul is turning heads – Grade: B=

8. Bow – Baby Cham – A child of dancehall, loud and fast and all riddem – Grade: A-

9. Asylum – Slaughterhouse – Did I mention I am taking my nephew to check these guys out on Sunday at Rock The Bells? – Grade: A-

10. Torey's Distraction – The Album Leaf – Pretty but boring instrumental – Grade: B-
