1. The Golden Age – Beck – Depression as movement to inertia, this masterpiece of loneliness and ennui doesn't circle back on itself, it closes the curtain and lies on its back, staring at the sun draining the color out of everything – Grade: A+

2. Something On My Mind – The Speedos – A fave from the late 1970s power-pop revolution that died by 1981 – Grade: A

3. Blame In On The Boogie – The Jacksons – Their absolute no MJ masterpiece and the second song in their set apparently – Grade: A

4. Fuck Ya Mother = Smoke Dza – Hardcore rap and roll em – Grade:B

5. Photograph – Ringo Starr – Ringo at his pop music best. It didn't last long but it lasted long enough – Grade: A-

6. Ours – Taylor Swift – When your hot  even the songs tucked away on deluxe albums are killer – Grade: A

7. She Think's My Tractor's Sexy – Kenny Chesney – This works, one of the few, but it does have a snarky smartness – Grade: B+

8. History Sticks To Your Feet – Modest Mouse – Their best song is also their stickiest. It's where art and pop meet – Grade: A

9. Love Boat Theme – Jack Jones – Theme from the sorta anthology shows TV doesn't do any more – Grade: B
