1. I Want U Back – Cher Lloyd – Yup, another English chick singer, former X Factory, dance pop phenom. But Cher is really cool, she looks like a pixie, the thumping keyboards is a first rate hook, and she has a great come one, "Remember all the things that we did first?" Grade: B+
2. Around My Way (Freedom Ain't Free) – Lupe Fiasco – Great rap, fascinating in your face, question marks about protest. Love the horns. This is the Lup we've been waiting for – Grade: A
3. El-P – Cancer For Cure – Instrumental techno driven raver with plenty of drums, bracketed an El-P rap. Hard as fuck. – Grade: B+
4. My Town – Kate And Anna McGarrigle – As beautiful as folk ever can be – Grade: A+
5. Where Have You Been Papercha$er remix – Rihanna – The best song off the album finally gets the treatment till nothing is left left but the beat and the sample till the song lulls you and the vocal hits. – Grade: A
6. Only The Horses – Max Sanna And Steve Pitron remix – Scisor Sisters – Better than the original, the song lends itself to a pulse disquieting beat – Grade: B+
7. Willow – Richard Buckner – Alt folkie has a great voice and the song ain't bad if a little dozy – Grade: B+
8. The Back Seat Of My Car – Paul And Linda McCartney – So sweet tempered it justifies years of whimsy yet to come – Grade: A
9. Melody Emergency – Gossip – Disco diva with a high soprano and a disco back beat and a pretty good song – Grade; B+
10. Big Bright World – Garbage – Best song offf the album? We might wanna heck it out agai, actually – Grade: A-
