This is modern r&b which misses by a mile, despite its enormous business – Grade: C2. Take A Letter, Maria – R.B. Greaves – Greaves died the other day, this is his legacy, a superb story song about a workaholic who finds his wife with another man and so seduces his secretary on the rebound – Grade: A
3.Southern Comfort Zone – Brad Paisley – What makes Southerners strange isn't that they pray and shoot animals, but they think it makes them strange – Grade: B+
4. Grow Up – Cher Lloyd – It is like Nicki Minaj singing nursery with Busta Rhymes. So much fun – Grade: A
5. Get Up (A Cowboy's Anthem) – Kelly Clarkson – Uber-manufactured country – Grade" C
6. I Used To Love You But It's Over Now – Diana Krall – Her worst stuff to date, worse than that Costello album. The album cover on the other hand – Grade: C+
7. Panic Station – Muse – Does Prince – Grade: B
8. Pussy Is Mine – Miguel – Does Prince – Grade: B
9. Fanatic – Heart – They don't wanna know world's have changed. What a shock – Grade: C
