1. Paradise By The Dashboard Light – Meat Loaf – When Eddie said he didn't like his teddy… if Smashing Pumpkins is rained out, I am going to Bowery Electric to catch X play three songs off his upcoming album Thursday, then rushing uptown to see Mr. Loaf – Grade: A
2. Gamma Ray – Aimee Mann – Unbelievably enough, she hasn't been playing this one on tour. A masterpiece off her newbie with a line that reads like an aphorism to live by: "One thing leads to another and none of it's good" – Grade: A
3. All Too Well – Taylor Swift – This might not be the best album on the album but it is the most important. Hidden as a deep album track, it is a devastating lost love song with more concentrated power than nearly anything she's ever done – Grade: A+
4. Fuck Your Stuff – P.O.S. – Bloody minded slap down of modern rap – Grade: A
5. 3 Dimes Down – Drive-By Truckers – Never seen em live, I plan to rectify it if they don't play T5 again – Grade: B+
6. Express Yourself – Labryinth – Not that one, make him a star in the UK – Grade: B+
7. That's Just What You Are – Aimee Mann – One of her best melodies – Grade: A+
8. Over My Shoulder – Paul Banks – Best song on the album is also the (relatively speaking) hardest, sorta a angstless Joy Division – Grade: B+
9. Lady In Black – Uriah Heep – Big time metal ballad – Grade: B
10. Sherry Darling – Bruce Springsteen – "Well I got some beer and the highways free" -Grade: A
