Have you ever thought a band that really sucked got too much attention from the media and everyone, and they made you super annoyed? Yeah, it happens to me all the time in school. Here are the top five band names that make me cringe.
1. First and foremost- Paramore. Paraspore. Parasuck. Parawhatever. Doesn’t matter. Point being, they must be probably one of the worst bands I’ve ever heard. Even to hear someone who’s actually a talented singer cover a Paramore song makes me sick. Come to think of it, even writing this I’m getting an increasing stomach ache. Coincidence? I think not.
2. Taylor Swift. She basically makes me want to repeatedly stab myself in the eyeballs with a plastic fork, until they fall out. Next to Paramore, she’s my least favourite/most hated musician.
3. I just had to- Justin Bieber. At my semi-formal last year, one of his songs was played and since I’d never heard it before, I asked my friend “Who’s this? Her voice is super annoying.” Only to have her tell me it was none other than Mr. Bieber. Way too popular for such little talent.
4. All Disney stars to ever record an album. Oh my goodness. To think that Disney Channel believes that each and every one of their actors can sing, and sing well, is the mistake of the century. The kids went into the job for acting. It annoys me every time I hear a song on the radio, see a name on someone’s iPod, etc. etc.
5. Lastly, Hey Monday. The hilarious part is that my friend agrees and we’ll make fun of Cassadee Pope’s voice constantly. Sure the band behind her is cute, talented, together, but she just has to go. Throw a boy in the front of the band and you gotta new All Time Low. Her talentlessness really is disappointing, and it pretty much ruins my mood to even see a picture of them.
