The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is such an American tradition that its usually just called the Macy’s Day Parade.
That pisses me off, its for Thanksgiving.
This year I was pretty stoked to hear that Kanye West would be be in attendance.
I stood patiently at W 73rd and with each passing float would say.. Is that Kanye?

Is that Kanye?
No The Roots
Is that Kanye
No that’s Big Time Rush
Is that Kanye?
No, that’s Jessica Simpson.
Now if you have ever been to this parade you know that you are pretty much a stick of gum in a tight pack. You so I was cuddled up close to some weird people, not one NOT ONE on that corner had a negative word to say about West being there.
But alas, now the buzz is that Kanye was boo’d and that chants of “Taylor Taylor” were heard amongst the crowd.

OK that block may have had haters but I am telling you as someone who was there the mood was not one of boo’ing anything that goes by. First off you’re damn lucky if you see anyone anyway.
There is video footage on the net somewhere. Most likely some cellphone vid of a couple guys yelling that.
Kanye sat atop that Big Apple not giving a crap and not one person in my pack had anything but waves for the man. I used my good Kanye pic for my Kanye post earlier so I’m gonna use this one of Kermit instead, they both start with K and were equally welcomed.
