The last time I saw Jackson Browne live was at the Beacon a coupla years, the day after he was inducted into the rock and hall of fame, and managed to come out and give a performance that made the point perfectly. “This is for you as well.” He claimed. “It proves you were right for listening to me all these years.”
Jackson had a point and Springsteen came along to help him make it.
But Jackson didn’t like this song.

PS? Browne is at the Beacon next week and I don’t think I can afford it. Bummer.
