According to the New York Times: “Senator Charles E. Schumer, Democrat of New York, has thrown his support behind an effort to keep the Pool Parties summer concert series at its latest home on the Brooklyn waterfront.”
Schumer is the third most powerful Democrat in the country. I bet he doesn’t do a damn thing except a buncha photo ops.
