Throne isn't the worst album I've ever heard. At least it has "New Day" right?
Neither is Carter IV.
But neither of them are a patch on Game's career defining Red Album.
What I love about Weezy's (and to be honest, I've just started listening) I already knew. "John", "Six Foot, Seven Foot" "How To Love" maybe (MAYBE) "She Will"… The rest of the album I can't hear.
Game? One of the best albums I've heard this year and except for "How To Love"? The Weezy number beats all of his album. Not for nothing, but maybe it is the Dre effect. Why should Game be better than both Wayne and Jay/West?
From its total on down the Throne album is a disappointment, Adele is gonna knock it off the throne next week and while I can't stomach the Adele album either, at least it matters. The Throne huffed and puffed and still nobody could care less. Wayne shot all his bullets early… I might be wrong but I'm disappointed -hits me like a loser.
