To be honest, I’m a bit sick of all of these hardcore bands. I’m still fanatic about my favourites and always will be, but all the new ones that I’m just hearing about, like This is Hell, are getting a bit boring.
Their third album, “Weight of the World”, is generic, boring, and awful.
“The Night the Line was Crossed” starts up good, and is probably the only song I can say I truly like on the album, but after a while you just want to hit ‘skip’. But for the almost one-minute time period that I can listen to this song, it’s catchy and then just becomes repetitive.
“Bloodlines” along with “Shadows” I couldn’t sit through more than 30 seconds without just wanting to listen to something else. They get boring and brutal to sit through. As for the rest of the songs on the album, is it me or does every single one sound exactly the same?
With this and the Automatic Loveletter song, the music industry is getting a bit disappointing. Will someone please release something worth hearing? It’s Summer for God’s sake.
