Comment: Former Musician editor Vic Garbarini name checked Heart Like A Wheel the album as a masterpiece and the song itself, a McGarrigle sisters masterpiece, is tough to screw up and even so Ronstadt made it her own. If you don’t know the album, it is as good as Vic claims it is and survives as a pinnacle of So Cal country.
