This is a better idea than it sounds.
Snoop Dogg is always Snoop Dogg -like Dylan, it is all he can bring to the table, at least vocally.
Charlie Sheen is talentless, but all he needs to do is say "Duh Winning" over a Snoop approved sample and allow Snoop to freestyle round the concept till further notice and they are there.
