Is someone going to cancel Glee yet?
The feel good TV show for all those geeky theater kids has just crossed the line. I’m not sure if I’m going to vomit or cry.
I have written a few times how “Singing in The Rain” and its soundtrack are perfection personified.
Who the hell had the audacity to mash up the title song with Rhianna’s “umbrella’??
Any true theater kid or theater fan would be horrified at what is nothing less than the trashing up of Americana.
It was disgusting.
I think the kids will think it cool.. I think its an atrocity.
Glee has to go. Its not OK. Its not OK to take a classic and ‘dumb it down’ or ‘hip it up’. Its classic for a reason.
I really didn’t think I could hate Glee more, but I can!
Now I do.
