We toldja yesterday Bluebeat.com were selling the remastered Beatles catalogue at 25 cents a pop as MP3s and toldja to hurry… didja listen? Hope so because today EMI sued Bluebeat for copywrite infringement. As I write the Beatles are still available for downloading but it won’t be long…

The Beatles remastered back catalogue is set to be released next month on a new format – an apple-shaped USB device.
30,000 of the green USB devices, each containing the 14 recently-released remastered albums from the Liverpool legends, will be released on December 7 and will retail for £200 from Thebeatles.com.
As well as the albums the USBs will contain digital artwork for the records plus 13 mini-documentary films. See Thebeatles.com for more information.
