Feeling a bit nostaligic today, so how about a Thanks for the Memories playlist?
1- The Ramones “Too Tough To Die”. This song taught me the proper
usage of the words ‘to’ and ‘too’!!
2- Fear “I Love Living In the City’, this was a great punk band,
the lead singer tried to be an actor and ended up looking like a Joe
Pesci wanna be
3- Black Flag “Six Pack”. Another great 80s punk band. Soon Rollins
would actually have a six pack and an ego as big as a 1972 Chevy Nova.
Nuff said. Fun song though
4- The Exploited “Exploited Barmy Army”- this song alone is a
teleporter. I think I still have the boots….
5- The Clash “Guns of Brixton” Yay my family is from Brixton!
I should stop there, its not good to dredge up too many memories. I
should be spending my time listening to something a bit more
current….hmmmm
