The new Paul McCartney book is called “Man on The Run” and it’s by Tom Doyle,(Polygon, Birlinn, Edinburgh Scotland). I have pictures in it from when I was the first Wings Tour (Wings Over Europe) photographer way back in 72′, when we all had hair and I had a mustache.
18 months earlier,Paul was an member of the FAB FOUR.The author deals with Paulie and family approaching a future with all that fame and mountains of schekels. “Its a solid page turner” sez this shutterbug with an horse in the race.

This taken by me in Gothenburg, Sweden after a show when the Maccas are getting popped by Swede swine for importing weed into their luverly country.They did a night in the slammer, paid a fine, and did the next gig in Stockholm, without missing a beat. Ah, those Beatles!
