How much longer will ALyson and I keep on writing Elliott Smith’s death both we run out of leads?
Dunno, but it won’t be today.
I called up P.I’s to see if they could track down Jennifer Chiba’s resume but with prices ranging from $500 to $1200 a day it is way outta my price range.
So I emailed the Detective in charge of the case who ignored me for the second time (the first time was a voice mail I left a coupla weeks ago).
I’ve contacted a rock star who is a friend of a friend and he hasn’t responded.
So dead end after dead end.
For now, let’s see if some answers would satisfy us.
1. Were Smith’s fingerprints on the knife that killed him.
2. Does the LAPD have a reconstruction of how the death occured. If there had been blood al over the place there should have been footprints, there shoot have been fingerprints. This is what these cats do for a living, where is the story as to who was where when he died.
3. Was Jennifer Chiba actually an art therapist in 2003 or was that yet another lie.
4. Did Jennifer Chiba treat children?
5. Why would she choose to represent herself as a Greek Goddess with a knife in her hand.
6. Why is the one constant story Alyson and I hear in this story: “Chiba killed Elliott and the family don’t wanna deal with it”.
7. Why are Smith’s friends, families and peers not pushing for the mystery of Smith’s death to beruled a suicide if, and through their inferrence that can be Alyson and my only assumption, they believe it was a suicide.
We are going to contact the ACLU and see if we can force the LAPD to open their files to us.
