I was never much of a Fiery Furnace lover, the indie brother/sister duo, and I reacted with a certain coolness to Eleanor Friedberger's first solo album last year, Last Summer.
But listening to it right now, I may have missed the point a little. Good natured, pretty guitar singer songwriter with specifically strong construction and nuanced overdubbing over left field instruments. Yes, folks, got it wrong again.
I am going to see 10cc Friday night and if I wasn't it would be Killer Mike and El-P , so please get to the free concert at Pier 17.
