“Emblem of the World”, actually sounds like music. The vocals are so pretty, although they remind me of something I have heard before but cant place and again the drummer steals the show.
Why? cuz its the only thing making sense. To me this is the ultimate in beret rock. These are the clove cigarette smoking beat wanna be’s. So fringe that they have no category. I don’t like walking out with nothing positive, so I will offer this.
Lead singer Dave Longstreth has Presley like qualities in this song very pretty, but the girls my God cork it.
The drummer wants to be somewhere else and he should be.
The genre here is experimental, I suggest more experimentation.
