New York City, state senator Carl Kruger (D-Brooklyn), thinks you’re an idiot.
Yup he is reinstating his plea for banning iPods at crosswalks in New York.
Why?
Cuz you weirdos are dropping like flies.
There is no doubt that driving in the city is a contact sport. You and your plastic ear buds are assigned a point value and seems like theres alot of high scores happening.
Kruger wants to make it illegal to operate electronic devices including iPods, BlackBerrys and cellphones while crossing the road.
I can somewhat understand.
Especially after my Thanksgiving interaction with Iman as I texted and walked down W 79th and smacked head on into a signpost.
But I’m not dumb enough to die.
Should this freedom to die infringement become law, you’ll be fined $100.00 for breaking the law.
